Foster a culture of compliance through ongoing education and support. Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed reports on risks and program effectiveness for senior management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred. At least 5 years’ experience in operations, management, with a strong emphasis on risk forecasting, mitigation and compliance with regulations and policies Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to risk assessment. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders in a creative and driven way. Self-driven leader with a high degree of accountability for the results and for how those results are achieved. Enthusiastic about learning. and growth and willing to approach white space with creativity, courage and vision.
