* Manage backlog orders and open orders, communicating late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required
- Investigate credit and debit requests and queries, issuing credit/debit as necessary
- Answer technical queries from customers using online technical references and offer alternatives using available resources
- Drive corrective actions and improvement projects to reputed company customer satisfaction levels
- Strengthen customer relationships by acting as a liaison between customers and internal points of contact
- Promote and sell arenaflex's products and services to customers
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

- High school diploma required; completion of an AA degree or equivalent preferred
