Job Overview
As a Customer Experience Analyst (Contingent) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in evaluating the functionality and customer experience of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams, and deploying new technology at customer locations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience, obsess about our customers, and reputed company in a constantly evolving business environment.
Core Job Tasks
* Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations
- Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, ensuring that new technology meets arenaflex's high standards for customer experience
- Visit customer sites and deploy new technology, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations
- Collect customer feedback and quantify the impacts of new technology, providing data-driven insights to inform future product development
- Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement
Basic Qualifications
* A 4-year science/engineering degree from an accredited institution
- Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill reputed company information into actionable insights
- Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience teaching and communicating reputed company topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
- Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and reputed company-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, with a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics
- Scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or R
- Formal coursework/training in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies and Scrum principles
Contract Details
* Contract length: 11 months
- Location: Remote, with approximately 50% travel required (best to be near a main US airline hub)
- Pay range: $38 - $42 per hour
