Facilities Specialist III

Position Summary: The Assistant Facilities Manager supports the Facilities Manager in overseeing the operations, maintenance, and safety of a corporate office environment. This role requires a proactive person who can organize and reputed company projects, coordinate vendor services, and ensure a professional, efficient, and safe workplace for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, project management and problem-solving skills, proficiency in finance, and has previous experience working in an office environment.
