Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:
- Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring reputed company relevant information is accurate and up-to-date
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and protocols, maintaining high-quality work standards
- Input accurate trip data into our systems, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns to designated departments as needed
- Multitask effectively, extracting necessary information from multiple systems to provide comprehensive support to our members
- Review and educate members on our services, insurance coverage, and benefits, empowering them to reputed company informed decisions about their health and well-being
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of reputed company experience in customer service or a contact center environment
- 6+ months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on organization, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35wpm or more, with proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently under general supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner
- Ability to work overtime as required, with a flexible schedule to accommodate our after-hours shifts (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday)
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance-reputed company field
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems
