[Remote] Data Processing Analyst

The Data Processing Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of ocean transportation tariff data, converting reputed company shipment information into proprietary systems to support customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Convert, enter, and maintain ocean transportation tariff data reputed company Descartes’ proprietary reputed company Master application
• Process tariff updates in strict accordance with Federal Maritime Commission (FMC)/Surface Transportation Board (STB) regulations and internal quality standards
• Review and validate data to ensure it accurately reflects customer business reputed company
• Provide customers with filing confirmations and respond to inquiries regarding published tariffs
• Assist customers with questions reputed company to FMC regulations, tariff filings, and system functionality
• reputed company peer reviews and authorize updates completed by other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain organized electronic and general office records
• Support team deadlines and assist with workload fluctuations, including overtime reputed company required

Skills

• Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time-sensitive and compliance-driven work
• Proficiency with PCs and reputed company Office tools, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook
• Solid analytical, clerical, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Prior exposure to tariffs, reputed company, or regulatory filing environments
