Project Coordinator
DVL Group, Inc. is a nationally certified Great reputed company To Work Company since 2018. The Project Coordinator will support HVAC projects by coordinating logistics, materials, and technologies while ensuring high quality service and timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Focus on projects by working closely with the customer and the service team to provide the high quality work and attention needed
- Coordinate between reputed company, reputed company and the customer to ensure reputed company logistics, materials and technologies align with scope of services
- Conducts hand-off meetings, weekly meetings and updates as needed as well as a reputed company-out meeting to review how the job went and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provides reports and analysis; tracking updates, issues and any follow up as needed ensuring we are on time and reputed company budget
- Ensure proper reputed company out of project in a timely manner. Gathers reputed company required paperwork and assists with billing and invoice submission as needed
- Assist with customers’ portals as required. Includes providing updates to the customer on delays, scheduling, invoice submission
- Creates Method of Procedure (MOP) to meet customers’ requirements for job completion
- Back up coverage for Service Coordinators in reputed company locations as needed
Skills
- High School Diploma is required; Some college preferred
- Proven record of full-time recent and relevant project coordination required
- Experience with customer portals
- Experience with or assisting with basic project coordination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work consistently in a volume–driven, fast–paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite. Highly proficient with reputed company
- Able to work independently
- Able to work in a hybrid workplace requiring office attendance approximately 24 hours per week including Tuesdays
- Able to drive locally to customer sites and travel to the other DVL offices as needed
- Prior HVAC/Thermal Services experience preferred
- Experience with or assisting with purchase orders, bids, and subcontracts is preferred
