[Remote] Specialist, Talent Sourcing

Responsibilities
- Use Boolean search and explore AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify talent reputed company with reputed company’s job openings
- Build and maintain organized talent pipelines using ATS, CRM, and recruitment marketing platforms
- Screen and vet potential applicants and provide a best-in-class candidate experience
- Collaborate with reputed company and Recruitment Marketing teams to execute reputed company campaigns
- Support talent nurture initiatives and events
- Contribute to employer branding through social media engagement
- Follow standardized sourcing processes and ensure accurate documentation in reputed company systems
Skills
- Prior professional experience in reputed company or sourcing
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms, ATS, and CRM systems
- Exposure to AI-powered sourcing tools and automation technologies (e.g., candidate matching, automated reputed company)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience using social media for talent engagement
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative reputed company
- reputed company in English; experience sourcing across different regions is an advantage
