This is a hybrid role, combining full end-to-end recruitment delivery with sales and client development responsibilities. You will sit at the core of our delivery function, partnering closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and leading end-to-end recruitment processes for high-impact roles across industries and geographies. Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, you will deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes while consistently representing reQruitz’s standards of excellence. Your responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level, specialist and executive roles.
• In addition to recruitment, the role involves full-cycle sales and business development efforts.
• Partnering closely with clients to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics and business goals.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates.
• Identifying and attracting candidates with rare and hard-to-find reputed company sets across international markets.
• Conducting in-depth candidate interviews and assessments, based on your experience possibly including psychometric evaluations as well.
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with candidates and maintaining an active talent pipeline.
• Advising clients on market insights, talent availability, salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
• Collaborating with internal consultants to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.

• Proven experience in reputed company, recruitment, headhunting or executive search, full end-to-end recruitment experience is strongly preferred.

• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Experience working with corporate clients and hiring managers in a consultative manner.
• Experience recruiting for international markets is highly valued.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
