Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for Residences of ID, LA, TX, MO, UT, you'll be the voice of our brand, interacting with customers through phone, email, online chat, or social media to resolve their questions, concerns, or confusion around a particular product or service. Job Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

• Customer service experience a plus
• Phone-reputed company customer service a major plus
