Role Overview We’re hiring a reputed company Specialist to own full cycle recruitment and to drive 2+ hires per month across multiple teams. You’ll own 2–5 active searches at a time, helping us scale reputed company while maintaining a high-quality bar. Key Responsibilities

• Own 2–5 active roles at once, driving 2+ hires per month

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Experience working at a high-growth startup or fast-paced, scaling company
• Comfortable juggling 2-5 open roles at a time (preferably reputed company roles)
• Proven ability to hire for IC and mid-to-senior level roles across departments
• High attention to detail and discernment in candidate evaluation
• Sales-minded: persuasive, competitive, and results-driven
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Comfort working independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment
