ExperINS is a modern benefits brokerage focused on helping growing businesses with their employee benefit strategies. The Sales & Executive Operations Coordinator will support the CEO and Head of Sales by managing schedules, coordinating sales follow-ups, and building systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for the CEO and Head of Sales
  • Draft and coordinate follow-up emails after meetings and sales calls
  • Attend select sales calls and internal meetings to gain context and anticipate next steps
  • Protect focus time and help prioritize requests
  • Track next steps from sales conversations and ensure follow-ups happen on time
  • Maintain clean CRM records and meeting notes
  • Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and reminders with prospects and partners
  • Help plan and coordinate HR and leadership events
  • Manage event logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up
  • Support in-person and virtual events as needed
  • Turn verbal conversations into documented next steps and simple processes
  • Help create SOPs and lightweight systems to reduce repeat work
  • Identify small process improvements that save time and reduce friction

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Comfort working with calendars, email, and CRM tools
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate with limited instruction
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid, in-office environment
  • Experience supporting sales, executives, or events
  • Comfort interacting with executives, prospects, and partners
  • Experience coordinating meetings, follow-ups, or projects
  • Interest in sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing
