- Provide user support and manage SharePoint sites to ensure smooth operation and accessibility
- Mentor help desk technicians, guiding them toward efficient and effective issue resolution
- Monitor server resources and event logs to proactively identify and address critical system failures

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
