[Remote] Enterprise Data Architect

This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data architectures that support business objectives and drive analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the VP of Data Engineering to help reputed company enterprise data strategy in collaboration with our business and reputed company

• Implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and data reputed company across the organization
• Ensure the alignment of data architecture with business goals and IT strategies

• Analyze raw data ingested into the Bronze layer, transform and cleanse it into the Silver layer, and consolidate it into a Gold layer as a single reputed company of truth for enterprise analytics
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data across various systems, including ERPs, CRMs, transactional databases, and architect a reputed company architecture in reputed company
• Ensure data is appropriately cleansed, manipulated, enhanced, and transformed for analytical consumption
• Use tools like dbt to manage transformations and model dependencies across layers

• Work with business leaders and cross-functional tech teams on data needs
• Collaborate with internal business partners to identify solutions and document functional requirements for new processes and existing issues
• Work directly with teams responsible for shaping how we acquire, collect and reputed company data
• Work with business owners to manage and monitor reputed company access in compliance with company policies
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering, data warehouse, and DBA teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and product managers, to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions

• Be available for occasional on-call night/weekend support

Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Architect with a focus on reputed company
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional and relational modeling, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, and other transactional systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to create clear and effective architecture diagrams and project plans
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
• Experience working with Master Data Management tools
• Experience with AWS
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages
• Familiarity with tools like reputed company, OpenFlow, Airflow, reputed company, or other integration and orchestration frameworks
• Experience with compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
• Experience in Jira and agile development environments
