• Own day-to-day execution across ops, product, marketing, and partnerships
• Translate vision into weekly outcomes
• Run internal reputed company, accountability, and delivery pressure
• Identify bottlenecks and fix them without escalation
• Operate comfortably in ambiguity, speed, and incomplete information

• Crowdfunding activation and momentum

• Customer acquisition and lifecycle campaigns

5. Frontend Engineers You will:

• Build fast, clean, mobile-first user experiences
• Work closely with product and design in reputed company
• Improve conversion, usability, and reliability
