The VP, People - Advisory plays a critical role in shaping and driving the people strategy across the Advisory business. Partnering closely with the President - Advisory and serving as a member of both the Advisory Leadership Team and the People Leadership Team, this role ensures alignment of people priorities with business objectives. • Serve as trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President, Advisory, shaping and executing the
• Advisory people agenda in alignment with global People strategy.
• Act as a core member of the Advisory Leadership Team, embedding the people strategy into reputed company aspects of business planning and delivery and partnering closely with the leadership team.
• Partner with the Chief People Officer and People Leadership team to shape the People strategy and translate it into executable programs ensuring consistency while tailoring solutions to Advisory's needs.

Your background

• Significant experience in senior People leadership roles reputed company reputed company, global organizations, ideally professional services, consulting, and/or healthcare.
• Experience supporting Advisory capabilities, Consulting Services, Legal Firms, in the Health Space and/or Life Sciences is highly desired
• Proven success partnering with CEO/Presidents and business leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive measurable business impact.
• Demonstrated track record in organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
• Strong knowledge of global People practices, employment trends, and regulatory frameworks.
• Executive reputed company, excellent communication, and the ability to influence at C-Suite.
