Omni is looking to contract with qualified independent contractors who will provide phone and customer support services. If you contract with Omni, you’ll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with reputed company their needs. Schedule: ⏰ Majority of available hours are during weekdays and daytime ️ Opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you (reputed company client / contract hours of operation) Earnings & reputed company: Earnings vary by client, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour reputed company is determined by your phone status reputed company assisting customers Additional incentives can be available based on Omni and client minimum targets Must-Have Skills for Successful Contractors: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ✅ Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful reputed company ‍ Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software. Technology & Equipment Requirements: Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets like iPads, reputed company Fire, Samsung reputed company Tab, and Chromebooks are NOT permitted) Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity Mobile home internet and Satellite internet service (Starklink) is NOT supported by Omni or ANY client ️ Operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) Windows Defender Anti-Virus Installed and Active (other versions for AppleOS may be accepted) Smart phone needed for daily authentication.
