Job Overview This role drives the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise-wide, high-impact IT initiatives that deliver billions of dollars in cost savings and efficiency improvements across reputed company, often requiring alignment across multiple organizations and senior leaders without direct authority. The Principal Product Manager, Technical partners closely with IT, product, engineering, finance, and business leaders across the company to define vision, sequence investments, and drive adoption at scale.   • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of reputed company, cross-company IT initiatives, from problem definition and strategy through build, launch, and operationalization, driving outcomes through influence rather than direct people management.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of reputed company work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of reputed company experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required)
  • 8+ years of experience in deeply technical environments such as software engineering, systems architecture, platform engineering, or technical product or initiative leadership, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale, enterprise initiatives.
  • More than 10 years - Relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading reputed company-to-one or early-stage technical initiatives.
  • Strong technical reputed company with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams, assess feasibility, dependencies, and cost tradeoffs, without requiring hands-on coding.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and influence skills.
