The Principal Product Manager, Technical partners closely with IT, product, engineering, finance, and business leaders across the company to define vision, sequence investments, and drive adoption at scale. • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of reputed company, cross-company IT initiatives, from problem definition and strategy through build, launch, and operationalization, driving outcomes through influence rather than direct people management.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of reputed company work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of reputed company experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required)
• 8+ years of experience in deeply technical environments such as software engineering, systems architecture, platform engineering, or technical product or initiative leadership, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale, enterprise initiatives.
• More than 10 years - Relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading reputed company-to-one or early-stage technical initiatives.
• Strong technical reputed company with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams, assess feasibility, dependencies, and cost tradeoffs, without requiring hands-on coding.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and influence skills.
