Financial Planning Product Support Specialist

RightCapital is an innovative financial tech startup providing cutting-edge holistic financial planning software. The Product Support Specialist will assist Financial Advisors in utilizing the software to create financial plans, manage inbound communications, and expand their knowledge through coaching. Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors by answering a variety of in-depth questions on RightCapital’s financial planning software
• Manage a large workload of inbound chats and phone calls to aid Financial Advisors in their understanding of the platform
• Research, troubleshoot, and submit tickets to our aggregation provider and follow through to resolution
• Expand your financial planning and product knowledge through ongoing coaching sessions with our Training Team
• Work closely with our Product Support Leads to further reputed company your research, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills
• Stay up to date with frequent product enhancements and new features by participating in training sessions, reading help center materials, and testing functionality

• Bachelor's (Required)
• Ability to Commute: Shelton, CT 06484 (Required)
• Ability to Relocate: Shelton, CT 06484: Relocate before starting work (Required)
• 1+ years of experience in a client services/ customer service/ support role preferred
• Financial services experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree (in fields such as in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics) preferred
• FINRA Securities Industry Essential (SIE) or similar is a plus
• Experience with MAC iOS preferred
• Client services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Location: Shelton, CT 06484 (Preferred)
