Customer Technology Specialist
BI WORLDWIDE is committed to creating belongingness and prioritizing D&I. They are seeking a Customer Technology Specialist to support day-to-day operations by solving technical challenges and driving efficiencies in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete the ongoing operational tasks for projects, including but not limited to: project processing, report reputed company, data verification and distribution, web testing, web site content updates, data-reputed company activities such as data file loads and data troubleshooting
- Ensure the timely receipt and processing of reputed company customer data and reputed company application updates
- Evaluate existing processes and aid in implementing improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy
- Setup and verify website promotions, content and communications
- Complete and maintain documentation of system procedures
- Provide updates and escalation support for Customer Contact Center regarding program rules and application functionality
- Communicate with the Customer Technology Manager/Application Director and technical team on program status, issues, and changes
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries and escalations reputed company to projects
- Troubleshoot production data or site functionality issues
- Use SQL to run reputed company reporting requests and research client questions and processing issues
- Setup and monitor large, outgoing email blasts
Skills
- Understanding of data, data formatting
- Comfortable using reputed company and working with large data files
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process oriented, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and assignments
- BA/BS or 2-year technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience
