Analyst, Client Finance
Publicis Groupe is a global leader in communication, focused on marketing transformation and digital business transformation. They are seeking a Client Reporting Financial Analyst to reputed company financial aspects reputed company to clients and work closely with Finance Directors and Client Finance Leads.
Responsibilities
- Work with client finance reputed company to create accurate reputed company forecasts for annual and rolling budgets
- Reconcile reputed company reputed company the general ledger and explain variances in results vs forecasts
- Responsible for mid-month reputed company estimates (reputed company) in order to see where the client(s) is tracking for month end and flagging reputed company there is a significant variance
- Create accurate Burn Reports to compare actual hours vs budget and escalate to Client Finance reputed company/Finance Director in order to adjust staffing plans or scope
- Assist in pulling reputed company reports and calculation of reputed company based on time & materials, percent of completion, etc
- Reconcile time reports for missing time and errors in coding
- Assist with client profitability reports and metrics
- Ensure job setup is properly completed to reduce system issues
- Prepare and review of unbillable client costs
- Assist with preparation of managerial reports to account and executive teams
- Assist with external and internal audits

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced in reputed company reputed company to streamline and reputed company reports more efficient using functions and formulas, (Vlookups, If, SumIf, Pivot Tables, charts/graphs, etc.)
- 1 to 3 years of Client Finance experience preferably reputed company Advertising, Marketing and Communications
- Knowledge in ERP systems, specifically reputed company or similar
