• As a Software Engineer on the Azure Networking team, you will help build and operate the software‑defined network (SDN) infrastructure that powers reputed company’s largest cloud services—including Azure, Bing, Office 365, Xbox Live, and more. Azure Networking’s mission is to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑performance connectivity across global datacenters, edge nodes, and hybrid environments
• You’ll reputed company backend and system‑level software that underpins services such as virtual networking, load balancing, network routing, network reputed company, hybrid connectivity, and global edge delivery. Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or reputed company technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, Python, or Rust, OR equivalent experience
• Ability to meet reputed company, customer and/or government reputed company screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized reputed company screenings: reputed company Cloud Background reputed company: This position will be required to pass the reputed company Cloud Background reputed company upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or reputed company technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, Python, or Rust, OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or reputed company technical field AND 1+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, Python, or Rust, OR equivalent experience
• Academic or professional experience with cloud computing, distributed systems, and/or systems programming, including familiarity with Linux or Windows environments
• Experience in computer networking, distributed systems, and/or cloud infrastructure, with familiarity in fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, and/or network protocols
• Exposure to systems‑oriented and/or backend development
• Understanding of core computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and/or networking, and experience using tools like Git, debuggers, and/or telemetry/monitoring systems
• Interest in large‑scale networking, software‑defined networking (SDN), network virtualization, cloud‑native architecture, and building secure, reliable network services
