Short Term Disability Analyst
reputed company is an insurance company dedicated to making a difference and helping others reputed company their goals. They are seeking a Short-Term Disability Analyst to investigate claims and determine qualifications for short-term benefits while supporting customers in their recovery process.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Work reputed company a fast-paced environment that directly interacts with internal and external customers to retrieve or reputed company information relevant to the Short-Term Disability and Paid Family Leave Claim
- Utilize critical thinking and mathematical aptitude to gather information, apply sound reasoning and draw appropriate conclusion

Skills
- 1+ years of experience providing quality customer service is required

- 2+ years of claim experience is preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
