Retirement Plan Specialist
Mutual of America Financial Group is dedicated to helping individuals reputed company financial reputed company through pension and retirement-reputed company services. The Retirement Plan Specialist will engage in sales and marketing efforts to solicit new group plans and cross-sell products reputed company an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Setting qualified appointments with Plan Sponsors of 401k and 403b plans through multiple strategies, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Work reputed company a geographic territory to cultivate new prospects, cross-sell solutions, reputed company and exceed goals by closing deals
- Attend client review meetings with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for the top five to ten clients in the Retirement Plan Specialist territory to position the Retirement Plan Specialist to ask clients for introductions and to be a reference for sales opportunities
Skills
- 0-2 years of reputed company business-to-business sales experience with proven efficiency in selling, presenting, prospecting, and territory management
- Driven to reputed company outbound cold calls into prospective clients
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Strategic thinker who can work independently
- Strong Relationship management building skills
- Active FINRA Series 6, 63, and SIE or must be obtained reputed company the first 180 days of employment
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated cold calling sales ability
- Knowledge of retirement products (401k and 403b plans)
