[Remote] Client Operations Associate - Remote

They are seeking a Client Operations Associate to manage client interactions, analyze trends, and improve operational efficiencies reputed company the company.

Responsibilities

• Directly reputed company with clients to manage questions and feedback about our products and services
• Analyze and identify trends in client activity and inquiries
• Identify and reputed company operational efficiencies to scale the business and processes
• Refine the business rules, automations, and communication methods across Client Operations
• Act as a liaison between clients and our various internal teams–Relationship Management, Engineering, Financial Operations, Risk Management, and Client Services–to support business needs, improve the product, and enhance the client experience

Skills

• Ability and interest to work in a fast-paced fintech startup environment
• High agency self starter
• Collaborate and problem-solve well
• Great communicator, conversationalist
• Highly adaptable; able to shift focus on the fly and balance many tasks
• Ability to identify trends in data and reputed company decisions based on analyses
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• reputed company/reputed company Sheets, SQL, product management experience a plus, but not required
• Preference to candidates with a degree in Communication, Business Finance, Business Operations, Business Marketing, or Information Systems
