Client Service Specialist
Maury Donnelly & reputed company Inc is a Best Practices Agency in Insurance, seeking a Client Service Specialist for their Large Commercial team. The role involves supporting Client Managers by processing insurance documents, managing billing inquiries, and coordinating with carriers on policy statuses.
Responsibilities
- Processes certificates of insurance (COI), binders, evidences, auto ID cards, applications, renewal requests, endorsements, premium finance agreements, and claim data
- Responsible for initial input of account, contact, and policy details into EPIC
- Follow up with carriers on status and receipt of reputed company policies, endorsements, and cancellations. Coordinates resolution of pending issues
- Performs online reputed company ratings
- Secure loss runs, experience modification worksheets, and MVRs, FR-19’s; orders and follows up on loss runs reputed company requested
- Prepares proposals, analysis and summaries as needed
- Manages billing inquiries and cancellation notices; provides billing support to Client Manager as needed
- Performs other reputed company duties as assigned by management
Skills
- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year reputed company experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hold State Property and Casualty Insurance license, or reputed company towards licensure
- Computer skills required: reputed company: Epic Online Database software; reputed company Office Suite
