Job Summary
As a Hitch Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing technical expertise and exceptional customer service to our customers. You'll work in our moving and storage centers, using your knowledge and skills to install and endorse the proper tow packages on customer vehicles. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand and explain reputed company's range of towing applications to customers
- Endorse and install the correct tow package on customer vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and support to reputed company customers
- Participate in ongoing reputed company education through reputed company University

Requirements
* Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record
- Basic wiring and hand/strength tool experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment
