[Remote] Case Filing Specialist

They are seeking a Case Filing Specialist to administer new case intake, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records in the case management system while upholding the neutrality of the arbitration process.

Responsibilities

• Administer new case intake with precision, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records in our case management system
• Apply your knowledge of NYS regulations 68 and 35D while handling correspondence and inquiries with confidentiality and neutrality
• Demands meticulous documentation, reliable attendance, and the ability to maintain professional relationships while preserving the essential neutrality of the arbitration process

Skills

• Associate's Degree in business or reputed company discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., customer service, medical/liability insurance, case administration, or legal environment)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document review, and record-keeping
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and web-based case management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, arbitrators, mediators, and colleagues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion reputed company handling sensitive information
• Ability to attend on-site trainings and meetings
