Job Overview
As an e-Fulfilment Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email platforms. This role requires reputed company collaboration with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to reputed company common goals and resolve any issues that may arise. You will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Utilize online platforms and tools developed by arenaflex to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to reputed company common goals and resolve issues
Qualifications:
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
