As a Customer Support Specialist for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT), you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients, referral sources, and employees in relation to NPWT services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer support reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
- Conducting insurance verification and eligibility checks for services/products
- Managing initial intake processes, including data entry, paperwork processing, and phone calls
- Maintaining quality control and accuracy throughout patient contact and data input
