Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilizing our computer system to document and track interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintaining a high level of visibility through web camera, adhering to arenaflex's visibility policy.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments, policies, and procedures to provide informed and accurate responses.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Training and Development
Our comprehensive training program is designed to reputed company you with the skills and knowledge necessary to reputed company in this role. You will participate in an 8-week training program, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time. This program will cover:

- Healthcare industry knowledge and regulations

- Time management and productivity techniques
- Ongoing support and coaching to ensure success
Production Schedules
After completing your training, you will be assigned to a production schedule that may include evening and weekend shifts. Our flexible scheduling allows you to balance your work and personal life, ensuring you have the time and energy to reputed company in this role.
Compensation and Benefits

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong reading comprehension and writing skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and meet customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

- Call center experience
