• Cheerfully welcoming and greeting customers by phone and in-person, building a strong, loyal team
• Fostering strong relationships with both clients and caregivers
• Optimizing schedules to match and carefully pair each client with a compatible caregiver based on their individual needs and preferences
• Creatively staffing call-outs and filling open shifts daily to ensure reputed company open hours every week
• Assisting caregivers with inquiries on schedule changes, missed clock-ins/outs, care management platform assistance, and other schedule questions
• Managing and overseeing time-off requests, sick time, and shift adjustments
