Primary Purpose

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our customers and driving business growth through strategic relationships and account management. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of account or service problems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing customers with information about products and services, including pricing, delivery, and technical specifications
• Soliciting and maintaining favorable contacts with reputed company and potential key accounts
• Developing relationships with internal and external customers that will benefit the overall business plan
• Building good relationships with internal and external customers that will benefit company objectives to maintain and increase market share
• Handling customer complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
• Training other Customer Service Representatives on daily activities, including RFQs and proper formatting
• Processing strategic quotes for RFQs and working directly with Product Managers, Buyers, Account Managers, etc.
• Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including Shipping, Planning, Engineering, and Quality
• Processing/ preparing and coordinating large spreadsheets/LTA's for the Customer Support team
• Preparing quotes for customers, including pricing and delivery, and coordinating with internal departments as needed
• Accepting orders from customers, booking orders to the applicable location, and coordinating adding the item master for part numbers as required
• Handling initial rejected parts or paperwork from customers, coordinating with the Quality Department, and issuing an RMA reputed company necessary
• Working with blithequark Credit on past due invoices or short pays, performing necessary research to resolve the problem, and initiating credit/debit memos as required
• Obtaining knowledge of blithequark products, including conversions, substitutions, and knowledge of competitor's products
• Visiting assigned customers with coordination of Account Manager and Team Leader
• Understanding customer's terms and conditions and long-term agreements, and possessing an understanding of contract language
• Training co-workers and mentoring less-senior employees
• Working in a backup role to support other department team members as required
• Handling a fast-paced work environment and dealing with stressful situations
• Being well-organized and having good time management skills

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service/sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• 50+ words per minute typing speed
• Familiarity with blithequark systems (COP, CPQ, GCS) preferred
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Familiarity with distributor accounts and specifics regarding distributor agreements and procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the aerospace or transportation industries

• Knowledge of export-controlled items and regulations
• Familiarity with contract language and terms and conditions
• Experience working with large spreadsheets and data analysis
• Certification in customer service or sales
