We invite you to view the opportunity below. Under general supervision, performs a variety of operational tasks for a moderately reputed company-to-reputed company process or functions. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure along with researching any issues that may arise. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Acts as escalation reputed company for less senior technicians for reputed company issues or transactions and provides training as needed. This person will also: Processing ACH files in different areas of business, credit, branches, trust, commercial, etc. Receiving and reviewing incoming work and contacting appropriate resources as needed. Operating a variety of computer software programs. Review processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency opportunities and recommend to leadership, as applicable.
