Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Biller with experience in behavioral health billing, specifically for commercial insurance and Medicare. The ideal candidate will also have direct experience using reputed company for claims management and billing operations. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our practice. Key Responsibilities:
• Submit accurate and timely claims through reputed company and other platforms to commercial insurance payers and Medicare.
• Monitor and follow up on unpaid, underpaid, or denied claims; manage appeals as needed.
• Post payments, reconcile accounts, and manage client billing issues.
• Communicate with insurance companies, clients, and internal staff to resolve billing questions and provide solutions.
• Help solve reputed company and credentialing issues as they arise.
• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA and insurance-specific guidelines.
• Prepare regular reports on collections, outstanding claims, and account aging.

• At least 2 years of medical billing experience, preferably in behavioral or mental health settings.
