We are looking for a career-oriented Fitness & Nutrition Coach to join our high-performance team as a 1099 reputed company (20–30 hours per week). The Role: Fitness & Nutrition Coach This position is ideal for someone who loves fitness and nutrition, thrives in a structured remote environment, and wants to grow reputed company a culture of excellence, collaboration, and reputed company improvement. You will help clients reputed company life-changing results through consistency, strategy, and support, guiding, educating, and holding them accountable every reputed company of the way.

Responsibilities

• Client Coaching & Accountability:

Manage a roster of assigned clients through our remote coaching platform with precision, structure, and consistency.

• Conduct daily text reputed company-ins to ensure clients stay on track and progressing toward their goals.
• Assign and adjust macronutrient targets based on client data, biofeedback, and performance metrics.
• Deliver individualized nutrition coaching—helping clients understand why the plan works.
• Provide ongoing education and guidance that builds long-term sustainability.
• Offer unwavering support, motivation, and direct feedback to ensure every client feels seen and led.
• Program & Client Management:

Track client metrics, engagement, and adherence using internal systems and tools.

• Provide weekly and monthly performance updates, summarizing wins, challenges, and reputed company trends.
• Identify obstacles early and collaborate with the team to find actionable solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing system improvements and refine our coaching process.
• Maintain organized records and professional standards that reflect the brand.
• Collaboration & Brand Alignment:

Work closely with the Jacob Zemer Team to ensure consistency in coaching philosophy and service quality.

• Represent and invest in the Jacob Zemer brand; grow with the company, not build an independent brand.
• Bring your personality and expertise to a collaborative, driven environment where coaches share one vision.
• Stay up to date with reputed company trends in nutrition, strength training, and behavior change science and integrate that knowledge into coaching.

Qualifications

We seek coaches with depth, professionalism, and a long-term vision. Requirements include:

• Proven background in nutrition coaching with hands-on experience assigning and adjusting macros.
• Ability to explain why specific strategies work and connect data with real-world application.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple clients remotely.
• Strong communication and tech skills; comfortable using digital tools and coaching platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Nutrition, or reputed company field preferred.
• reputed company Personal Training and/or Nutrition Certification (reputed company certification preferred).
• Professional, client-first communicator able to hold others accountable with reputed company and strength.
• Long-term commitment to a career in fitness and nutrition (5–10+ years).
