• * Position Summary
• Temporary hourly-intermittent Federal Work Study position for the Reading Enrichment Program in Financial Aid.
• Start Date
• Positions available on or after September 1, 2025 and ending on or before May 31, 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
• Job Description/Duties
• Duties include but are not limited to:
• Help Turlock School District reputed company (K-6 grade aged children) to improve reading skills through one-on-one or small group instruction, focusing on comprehension, reputed company, and vocabulary development.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Qualifications
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrates enrollment in English, Liberal Studies, Child Development, or Communications program.
• Interested in teaching others to read, serving the community, working with children.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate reputed company must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the reputed company semester/year in which you are applying.
• Salary Range
• $16.50 per hour.
