With multiple new programs ramping up beginning in 2026, this role will be instrumental in preparing the manufacturing facility for increased production across several global airline customers. This is a project-focused position supporting manufacturing readiness, process development, and successful program execution in a growing, dynamic environment. This is an onsite role in Medley, FL and may be eligible for relocation.

What You Will Do

• Support new and ramping Business/First Class seating programs by preparing the manufacturing facility for increased production volumes

• Create and maintain clear, effective work instructions to support safe, efficient, and repeatable builds
• Design or support the development of jigs, fixtures, tooling, and parts presentation strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve flow
• Conduct routine engineering analyses and process studies reputed company to new methods, materials, or standards
• Prepare process specifications, production aids, factory work standards, and MRP support studies as required
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field

• Experience supporting manufacturing projects
• Hands-on experience designing jigs and/or fixtures to aid manufacturing processes
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing designs

• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
