Your Role As part of PE, you’ll be the central hub of activity, collaborating with design teams, manufacturing experts, suppliers, and customers. You’ll help establish the common processes, standards, and procedures that ensure we meet government regulations and stay competitive in the market. Implement lean principles and technologies Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Must have a Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an ABET accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry and applicable experience in a professional exempt engineering classification. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 2+ years of engineering experience reputed company to developing and implementing build plans, production tools and methodologies. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a diverse and demanding work environment and schedule. Mid-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' reputed company work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' reputed company work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
