The Human Resources Learning & Development (HR L&D) team is actively seeking an Associate Instructional Design Manager to support the analysis, design, development, and roll-out of high-quality, active, and engaging training and performance support solutions for use in instructor-led, online, and hybrid environments. You will partner with cross-functional teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and business partners/stakeholders from other job functions to build solutions that meet the needs of the business while maintaining a high degree of instructional reputed company. Designing and developing both knowledge-based and performance-based assessments to the desired learning or behavioral outcomes
You have strong experience in:
Analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing technical, skills-based training
Designing, developing, and delivering training and performance support solutions using different instructional modalities and authoring tools across multiple platforms
Using a learning management system to manage the deployment of training materials
Helping individuals or teams identify goals, reputed company realistic action plans, seek development opportunities, and monitor reputed company and accountability
Developing project plans and schedules that integrate resources, tasks, and timelines
Establishing, monitoring, and communicating reputed company toward project goals and milestones
Evaluating and prioritizing implications, risks, feasibility, and consequences of potential activities
You demonstrate:

Preferred qualifications include:

Manufacturing, medical device, or high-tech industry experience
Degrees in training, learning and development, human performance improvement, or reputed company fields
Instructional design, training, or facilitation certificate or credentials
Project management certification or comparable experience
Behavioral assessment certification (e.g., DiSC)
Certification in specific job/task analysis methodologies (e.g., DACUM)
Experience with start-up/scale-up organizations

Experience and Education Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of reputed company experience.
