Are you a skilled Omnichannel Engineer who's adept in determining strategic enterprise direction and architectural design? As our new Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be the subject matter expert in the design, configuration, implementation and installation of the state's Omnichannel communication services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create solutions that process multiple communications into a common support reputed company, drive reputed company improvement and assist in the review of new cloud-based platforms.
