Primary Job Responsibilities: Employee Relations and Leadership Consulting - Primary reputed company of contact between the HR Team and client groups for the delivery of HR services. The required minimum qualifications and/or education (if substituting for the proven experience, knowledge, and skills), are as follows: Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience performing the primary job responsibilities (employee relations and leadership consulting, organizational development, and HR operations). Substitutions: Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications.
