HR Business Partner - Remote US
The Opportunity The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for providing core HR support to our business leaders and their teams. This role will have an emphasis on being a trusted advisor to the organization. The HRBP will have a broad scope and the ability to impact career growth, employee development, compensation and benefits, performance and engagement across the organization. This role reports to the Director, People.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Workforce Planning
- Serve as a strategic partner to team leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, values, and principles.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, team structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify talent gaps and design effective development and retention strategies.
Performance Management & Talent Development
- Partner with managers on performance management, including coaching and corrective actions.
- Support the performance review process by facilitating clear, measurable, and actionable objectives.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs to strengthen organizational capabilities.
- Support career development planning by helping managers map team capabilities, reputed company goals, and identify stretch opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to increase retention through targeted growth, mobility, and recognition strategies.
Employee Relations & Policy
- Manage and resolve reputed company employee relations issues while ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Build trusted relationships with employees and leaders to strengthen engagement, boost morale, and support retention.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and practices, ensuring clarity and accessibility across the organization.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Support end-to-end reputed company and deliver a positive new hire experience, with a focus on remote and hybrid environments.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help build scalable people practices that support business growth.

- Proven ability to build trust and foster strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders and employees at reputed company levels.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR guidelines, and company policies, with the ability to apply them effectively in reputed company situations.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrated reputed company in retaining and developing top talent reputed company high-growth tech startup or SaaS organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams such as Sales, reputed company, Engineering, and Product Development.
- Proficiency with HR tools and platforms; experience with reputed company Workspace, reputed company HRIS, and reputed company strongly preferred.
Education & Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, with SaaS industry experience required.
- HRBP experience supporting SaaS GTM teams is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of multiple reputed company resource disciplines, including compensation, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
- Experience in a high-growth, remote-first, tech startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
