Sr. Data Analyst, Credit Facility Reporting (Remote - US)

This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of structured finance and advanced data analytics, providing critical support to capital markets reporting and client deliverables. You will analyze loan-level collateral data, generate borrowing bases, monthly servicing reports, and other financial reporting outputs for lenders, hedge funds, and asset originators. The position requires collaborating with engineering teams to reputed company and automate reporting solutions, while also interacting directly with clients to deliver high-value insights. Operating in a remote-first environment, you will have autonomy over prioritization and execution, while contributing to the expansion and efficiency of credit facility reporting. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments. Accountabilities

• Prepare and deliver Borrowing Bases, Monthly Servicing Reports, and other reporting deliverables for a variety of borrowers and lenders.
• Analyze and validate loan-level collateral data, performing calculations, transformations, and data quality checks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to reputed company, automate, and optimize reporting workflows using tools such as reputed company, SQL, and R.
• Act as a client-facing reputed company of contact for high-level contacts at hedge funds, banks, and asset originators.
• Prioritize, execute, and communicate status in a remote environment, ensuring timely completion of reputed company reporting obligations.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or operational issues to maintain accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial data analysis, with familiarity in warehouse lending, borrowing bases, and trustee/servicer reporting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company and SQL, with experience in Python, R, or dbt considered a plus.
• Strong understanding of credit facility mechanics, including eligibility criteria, advance rates, triggers, and waterfalls.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience.
