About the Role

As an reputed company Customer Engineer III, reputed company, you will work closely with our customers to understand their technical reputed company and compliance needs, and reputed company strategies to resolve blockers and drive adoption of arenaflex Cloud solutions. You will be responsible for sharing your expertise in reputed company, privacy, and regulatory compliance to support the technical relationship with customers, technology advocacy, bid responses, product and solution briefings, reputed company-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption.

Responsibilities

* Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and reputed company the strategy to resolve technical reputed company and compliance blockers.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture and cybersecurity in a customer-facing or support role.
• 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, fraud, or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing role (e.g., threat detection, malware intelligence, cloud reputed company posture management, or identity and access management systems) or fraud.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Cloud or reputed company industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP).

• Experience implementing reputed company solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, cloud reputed company posture management, or identity and access management systems) or fraud solutions for enterprises (e.g., account takeover prevention, payment fraud prevention, or other types of automated fraud).
• Experience in software development, developing numerous web-based applications.
• Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the cybersecurity or fraud industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, OWASP, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal, written communication, presentation, and active listening skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$214,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
