Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Sales (Hybrid), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through personalized recommendations and solutions. You will work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions.
