Key Responsibilities:

* Provides exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Registers sales on assigned sales register, collects cash, and distributes change as required; processes voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as necessary
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records, including patient and medication information, using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
• Performs tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
• Reports any prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adheres to arenaflex's policies and procedures regarding prescription errors and the Quality Improvement Program
• Handles calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors
• Processes (revises and resubmits) manual claims for third-party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performs other administrative tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director
• Assists and supports the Pharmacy Division on stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
• Maintains knowledge of arenaflex's resource reputed company methods and records claims for distribution center overages (stock received, but not charged), deficiencies (stock charged, but not received), order errors, or damaged products, including Rx medications
• Ensures compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products)
• Builds and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs, and completes resets and corrections as assigned
• Assists with the division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
• Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital identification photo service, banner print, and creative machine, and sells special photo items
• Takes on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and delivers requests to customers as they reputed company at the store)
• Assists with reputed company and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, and well-organized store environment and appearance
• Adheres to reputed company arenaflex policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with colleagues
• Completes special tasks and other assignments as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6 months of experience in a retail environment

• Previous work experience with arenaflex
• Strong numerical skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Familiarity with store stock control
• PTCB certification
