Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company customer service professionals to join our remote call center team as Clinical Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members by responding to their inquiries and providing information regarding reputed company aspects of their association with arenaflex. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
  • reputed company the nature of the call and record information in the Communication Log
  • Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and provide information to the caller
  • reputed company logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
  • Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.)
  • Utilize appropriate resources, including those online, to provide timely responses
  • Manage time to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is done in a timely manner
  • Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position
  • Document reputed company calls appropriately
  • Attend weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel
  • Respond to requests for internal and external customers and/or clients, as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment with constant interruptions
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to reputed company effective solutions
  • Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in reputed company matters

Work Environment

As a remote call center representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. You'll need to have a stable reputed company to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed).
