Job Description
We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company as an Application Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks remotely, utilizing your exceptional typing skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless integration of our new application system, positively impacting patient care and contributing to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize your exceptional typing skills (over 40 WPM) to reputed company data entry tasks accurately and reputed company.
- Communicate effectively in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous, as you will be interacting with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company is required, and experience with other software applications is a plus.
- Provide tier 1 helpdesk support or triage, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and escalate reputed company problems to senior team members.
Additional Requirements
• Must have reliable internet connectivity to ensure seamless communication and data transfer.
- Flexibility to work shifts between 8 AM to 8 PM EST, supporting various divisions and meeting the needs of our clients.

Qualifications
