Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through email responses. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates
Essential Qualifications
* No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience is highly desirable
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
